Effective date: 3 June 2026Last updated: 3 June 2026

This Store and Digital Delivery Policy summarises what LedgerBrain sells, how digital delivery works, and how to get support.

LedgerBrain is provided by Sixpence Global, Inc. for purchases made through the Stripe account connected to Sixpence Global, Inc., unless a written order form identifies a different contracting entity. Silver Sixpence (Pty) Ltd and other Sixpence affiliates may help operate, develop, support, or process the Services.

1. Products and services

LedgerBrain sells digital blockchain intelligence services. These may include:

  • subscriptions;
  • usage credits;
  • API access;
  • KYT transaction-risk reports;
  • KYA address-risk reports;
  • KYE entity outputs;
  • downloadable risk reports;
  • pay-as-you-go API calls;
  • agentic or x402-enabled machine-payment API access.

LedgerBrain outputs are risk intelligence and decision-support information. They are not legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, investment advice, accounting advice, custody, money transmission, brokerage, exchange services, or a final determination that any person, wallet, address, transaction, entity, or asset is lawful or unlawful.

2. Digital delivery

LedgerBrain services are delivered digitally through one or more of the following:

  • the LedgerBrain dashboard;
  • API responses;
  • downloadable reports;
  • email;
  • webhooks;
  • developer documentation;
  • x402 or other machine-payment endpoints;
  • Stripe checkout, invoices, or customer portal pages.

For pay-as-you-go or x402-enabled access, the digital resource is normally delivered after payment is authorised or verified and the request is successfully processed.

3. Pricing and taxes

Prices are shown at checkout, in the billing page, in an order form, in an invoice, in the API documentation, in an endpoint catalogue, or in the payment requirements returned by an x402-enabled endpoint.

Taxes may be added where required. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless the checkout page, invoice, or order form states otherwise.

4. No physical shipping or returns

LedgerBrain does not sell physical goods through this store. There are no shipping fees, delivery carriers, customs duties, physical returns, or return labels.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy.
